A fun day in the sun of filing for unemployment and filling out jorb apps. Enh, we still had some fun and blew some bubbles.
Yesterday at lunch I ate my first piece of broccoli in nearly two years. I love the stuff, but now I remember why I don't eat it anymore. I was in pain till about 3am, then had to get up at 6am to get ready for my last day of "work". I was pooped, and I was also convinced that today was the first day of spring so I took two photos, one to remember winter by, and one to look forward to spring with. Then I got home from skiing and had some time on the compy and realized that I was horribly wrong and that tomorrow is the first day of spring. I'm chock full o'fail today, so you get two photos.
Goodbye, winter. My last paid day at the Nut for the 2008-2009 season.

Hello, Spring. Yes, we're a day early, but we're prepared for your fantastic fickleness.

Went to the Library this morning. Post nap we took the Bug to the park while I played disc golf with a friend. She and Kimberly had some fun playin on the playground.
St. Patricks Day. Didn't do nothin much green. Discovered that Harrisonburg is secretly trying to make all men nudists because no one other than Penny's sells nice masculine clothing anymore. Had a jorb interview at WHSV. Took about 3 hours. They said I'd hear back within two weeks. Hopefully it's good news. I needs me a real job.
A good Sunday. I skipped a hike with the guys today to spend some time with the family. When they went down for mid-afternoon naps I headed out to dry river with the new fly rod my Dad gave me to try my hand at catching some trout. I figured as it was my first time casting a dry fly and actually trying to catch a trout, I wouldn't bother with the g10, so instead you get my crappy cell phone camera of a brown trout.
